Tuesday 7:15 PM

An intermediate Pilates class that challenges strength and core function with a pacy, dynamic flow.

Mobility & Strength

Wednesday 9:30 AM

A gentler flow with focus on mobilising the major joints and spine, and strengthening the key functional muscle groups.

Strength & Conditioning

Wednesday 6:30 PM

A mixed ability class incorporating all the classic Pilates elements, improving posture and strength to help support, control and mobilise the body.

Meet Holly...

HI! I'm Holly...

Founder, Instructor, Course- Writer, Venue coordinator, Marketing, Cleaner ETC.

I gained my Level 3 Mat Pilates Diploma Qualification in 2025 and am currently working towards my Level 4 Qualification, including specialising in Pre and Post Partum Pilates.

I have practiced Pilates since I was about 16 (so roughly 17 years) with a real mix of teachers and styles experienced in that time.

Although I have always loved Pilates, it wasn't until 2021, when I began to suffer from a debilitating and recurring hip injury, that I really started to join the dots with movement and empowerment.

I extensively explored and studied mobility and joint function, using myself as the ultimate case study for supporting my "Motion is Lotion" approach to rehabilitation, and building a strong, sustainable body.

I now take huge delight in being able to help give other people confidence in their body's power, challenging their perceived potential or limitations and encouraging them to grow and explore their capabilities.

Class bookings are done each week via the class Whatsapp Group


Our Pilates classes are open to all ages and experience levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Everyone is welcome to join and benefit from the sessions, but you might find that you benefit from a quick chat with Holly prior to booking on, so that we can assess your individual needs.


Classes are £12.50 for drop- ins (pre-booking each week is essential) or £60 for a course of 6 (valid over 8 weeks).
